Lemon Law primary task is to insure the consumer satisfaction. When you buy a new car you make a considerable financial investment. You expect to enjoy your purchase and to make your life easier and more comfortable with a new car. Now and then some people experience continuing problems with their new vehicles. If those problems are substantial (added to their continuing nature), it is time to turn to the Lemon Law of your State: you would like to be compensated for all these troubles – return my funds or replace my car with a new one.
