Wyoming Lemon Law Summary
Wyoming Lemon Law Statute mentions vehicles under 10,000 pounds unladen weight, which was sold or registered in the state. There we can see that:
1) if the car or motorcycle does not conform to warranties and the buyer tells the manufacturer about the nonconformity in the period of 1 year, the manufacturer should make repairs, that are necessary to conform the car to the special warranties.
2) if the manufacturer can't conform your vehicle to the express warranties by doing necessary repairs, he shall:
It is assumed, that an acceptable number of tries haven't been taken to conform a vehicle to the applicable warranties where:
a) the identical nonconformity has been subject to repair 3 or more times by the manufacturer, within the term the express warranty is valid or within 1 year after the date the vehicle is given to the original consumer, whichever occurs earlier, but this nonconformity continues to exist
b) your vehicle is out of action for repairs for 30 or more days including the term the warranty is valid or including 1 year after the term the motor vehicle is given to the original buyer. If the repairs can't be made for reasons that are beyond the control of the manufacturer or its special agent or legal dealer, the number of days required to rise the presumption should be extended.
