The Forbes magazine published the list of the fastest American cars.

The fastest among the fastest the experts called SSC Ultimate Aero TT. The car isn’t launched into serial production - at the moment there only a few supercars, which in the USA cost $525 000. Moreover the car uses not simple petrol, but a special racing fuel which is not sold at refueling stations.

But the most interesting are the cars which are placed lower on the list. For example SSC Ultimate Aero TT or Saleen S7 Twin Turbo are available for very few people, but Chevrolet Corvette Z06 is much more affordable (USA price - $ 70 000), as well as Dodge Viper SRT-10 ($ 85 000).

The cheapest among the fastest cars are: Chrysler 300C SRT8, Dodge Cherger SRT8 and Dodge Magnum STR8. They cost between $ 38 344 and $ 43 195.

While some manufacturers create fast cars others tune already existing ones, like for example 9ff, who developed Porsche cabrio into the fastest cabrio in the world

A season of motor show is nearly over. Europe is almost done - the last big event to come is the motor show in Istanbul. The Los-Angeles was the last big auto forum in the USA. This exhibition cannot boast a great number of premieres - more likely it sums up the results of the year. The companies show all the year’s novelties, and concepts here are more exceptions.
