On October 31 traffic jams in Moscow (Russia) reached the maximum. Drivers had been standing on the same place for hours and called each other to ask what had happened. The whole center of the Russian capital was paralyzed. Drivers were standing in a jam till midnight and many of them ran out of petrol. And the football team “Spartak” had to go to the stadium by underground. The fans claim it was the reason for the team lost to “Inter“. And the most peculiar thing about that is that there were no significant car accidents which could cause such a huge traffic jam.
The next day from the early morning everyone began to ask traditional questions: “what to do” and “who’s guilty“.
The attempts to answer came from the Russian newsmakers, but none of them gave a clear answer to the question “who’s guilty”. They just confirmed the unwritten truth: social transport system should be developed, and road system itself should be enlarged as well. But there came no more definite suggestions.
Independent experts confirmed the version of the Russian police - “unexpected circumstances“. Maybe paranormal phenomena caused the jam… it was Halloween in the end.
