The new version of Mini Cooper is already available at dealers, and two more versions of the car are expected at the moment. According to the company’s plans will have to wait for the Mini cabriolet at least for a year and the universal Mini Traveller is undergoing road tests now. The novelty has the same technology of the back doors as Mazda RX8 and each part of the door has its own windscreen wiper.

Such construction provides a better access to the back seats or when they are folded - to the luggage section. Mini Traveller will be a 5-seat auto.

It is planned that the car will be available for sale at the end of 2007, and the premiere is going to take place in March 2007 in Geneva.
