Peugeot 908 RC

Another concept that summoned lots of people around it was Peugeot 908 RC. Beside extraordinary appearance the car can boast superb dynamics - 700 hp V12 5,5-litre turbo diesel. The car will participate in Le Mann series next year.

Another concept by Peugeot was a cabriolet coupe 207 СС Epure. The appearance is taken from a serial 207 СС and the word “Epure” means the alternative fuel. Renault Nepta

Renault Nepta is a cabriolet of the future in the way the French company sees it. The front end of the car looks quite original because of light-emitting-diode lights of awkward shape and low situated radiator bars.

Renault Koleos Concept

Renault is working on the first crossover in the history of the company. The first expressions of this work one can get form the new Koleos concept. The car has 2,0-litre 180 hp engine with a 6-grade automatic gear-box. The interior of the vehicle is made in two-color scheme: dark top and light bottom. The back seat is replaced by two armchairs. Due to a panoramic roof the saloon looks more spacious. The back door is divided onto two parts which helps to get an easy access to the luggage at a tiny parking lot.

Renault Twingo Concept

Another interesting novelty by Renault at the show was a small Renault Twingo Concept which length makes only 3,6 meters, the width - 1, 72 meters, and the height - 1,41 meters. Under the cowling the car has a 99 hp 1,2-litre engine with a turbocharger. The fact that the car is planned for young and active people is proved by modern technologies which are multiple here: a few slots for MP3 players iPod, a slot for a Nokia smartphone, a couple of USB slots for other multimedia devices. All this devices work simultaneously with a PC and all the info is shown on a huge (for a car) 15-inch display.

Suzuki Splash

Suzuki showed a concept Splash which purpose is to witness the people’s reaction to a micro van which is based on Suzuki’s Swift and SX4 models. Splash has light-emitting-diode lights front and rear lights, side mirrors with built-in cameras and 18-inch rims. The car is painted blue which is called Lagoon Blue Pearl Metallic. The car’s control panels are also made in blue color. Suzuki Splash possesses a set of safety bags, cruise-control and many other modern safety systems. The car has a 1,2-litre engine with a 4-grade automatic gear-box.
