German tuning experts are building a car which will accelerate to 400 kmph.

H&R experts have been quite creative recently. Recently together with their partners from Jürgen Alzen Motorsport they decided to create the fastest car in the world which can be used on average roads.In general H&R specializes on fast cars, they created the fastest Audi A4

There will be no hypertrophied body kits and spoilers: in beating records the main thing is fairness

The experts decided on Porsche 911 GT3 RS, which was equipped with a 911 Turbo engine. The engine was given to RS Tuning, which is one of the world leaders in engine tuning. The company did their utmost: the engine is now 3,8-litre and has a lot of new other features. The result is impressive: the power of the engine is now 1054 hp; moreover it matches Euro-4 environmental standart.

The prototype which got the name Mission 400 Plus had been undergoing long test in the aerodynamic tube. The experts had to make a couple of radical measures: the roof is now 75 mm lower. Even the rims serve to make the car friendlier to air streams - 18-inch BBS rims create fewer turbulent flows in motion.

The partners plan to make the attempt to beat the record on the Nardo track - the famous track to beat world speed records. Jurgen Alzen will be driving the super fast coupe. The event is going to take place in the first half of 2007. So we just have to wait and see if the car will be able to beat the record of Bugatti Veyron.
