The concept car Jaguar C-XF will be shown to the audience in January 2007 in Detroit. The other day the first images of the new concept leaked over the Internet. C-XF will be the successor of Jaguar S-Type. The major competitor of the car is Mercedes-Benz CLS. The leading designer of the project is the Scotsman Ian Callum, who worked on Aston Martin and the latest generation of Jaguar XK (Jaguar XKR 2007: Fast and Beautiful). Unlike the traditional Jaguar saloon materials (leather and wood), C-XF is done in aluminum and carbon.

Jaguar C-XF is equipped with a supercharged 4,2-litre 420 hp V8 engine. The engine and the 6-grade automatic grade-box are able to accelerate the car to maximum 299 kmph.

GM’s stand will show four concept cars at the Detroit Auto Show. The company even created a special event for showing the concepts - GM Style.

Take a look at the new Chevrolet Camaro concept

Holden EFIJY coupe, equipped with a V8 engine, was shown for the first time during the auto show in Australia. The car will be shown in Detroit as well. The GM officials say that the car is the contemporary prototype of FJ Holden coupe. 

GM will also show Chevrolet T2X in Detroit. The car combines the features of a compact SUV and a sport coupe. The concept was shown in Seoul in 2006.

The company plans to show Opel Antara GTC coupe concept and the sports concept Chevrolet WTCC, which was shown in Paris in Autumn 2006.

GM Style is to takes place on January 6. The car will show 17 new autos and concepts. You will be able to the Carmen Electra and Petra Nemcova at the event.

The current generation of the universal and practical Citroen Berlingo appeared in 2002, and since then it hasn’t been even slightly changed. But now it’s almost year 2007, and Citroen designers are planning to remake the model.

Auto spies caught the new Citroen somewhere in the South of Europe. So far there has been no official data about the car, but they say that Citroen Berlingo will be equipped with either a petrol or a diesel engine. The current generation offers the same choice as well.
