In the 60s of the previous century only 6 cars were built. They were created for racing, and more exactly for GT racing series, which at that time was dominated by Ferrari. The design of the body of the car was created by Peter Brock, and the chassis made by Bob Negstadt.

Five of the cars were built in Italy and their owners are known, and the 6th one was built in the USA. The data of the owner of the car had been lost for 3 decades. The historians and collectors  believed the car had been lost, but it was found in California in 2001.

The owner of the car had been Donna O’Hara, who ended her life by a suicide. The experts fixed the price of the car at $ 4 000 000.
