BMW has shown the first official photos of the new 5-series, which will be available in the nearest future. The exterior of the car hasn’t been changed significantly, though the bumpers, lights and radiator grille have been slightly changed. The designers promise to make the insights better as well.

The engines will be more powerful. The pre-release data informs that the simplest version 523i will be equipped with a 2,5-liter with 190 hp (the current version - 177 hp), in 530i instead of the 4,4-liter engine with 333 hp, there will appear 2 engines - 4,0 306-hp and 5,0 367 hp.

The renewed 5-series will get three diesels: 2,0-liter with 163 hp; 2,5-liter with 197 hp; 3,0-liter with 235 hp.
