The world premiere of the new Russian sport hatchback Lada Project C will take place in Geneva.“Autovaz” is planning to show the concept of the new 3-door hatchback. The car, which comes under the name “Lada C“, is the first car built on the new platform (Autovaz has been working on the platform with the Canadian company Magna). The technical data and the photos aren’t available yet. It was reported earlier that in December 2006 Autovaz and Magna signed the agreement to build a plant and produce a couple of models on the new platform. It is expected that the serial versions will appear in 2009, and their cost will be around $ 10-12 000. ![]() Beside the new concept, the Lada’s stand in Geneva will feature Lada Kalina and the powerful Kalina’s version Kalina GTI.
