Volkswagen has made the most extreme variant of VW Golf GTI, which is equipped with a V12 650-hp engine and exclusive optics.

Right after the showcar Audi TT Clubsport Quattro, VW decided to amaze the European audience by another unique masterpiece - Golf GTI W12.

In spite of all chick, the idea is very simple! The novelty adopted VW Golf’s body, which was added by a special body-kit with huge air-intakes, spoilers, and wide wheel arches. The car is equipped with a W12 650-hp bi-turbo with the max torque of 750 Nm. The engine was installed in the front pat of the car, which made the saloon big enough only for 2 persons. Alongside with the superb engine, Golf GTI W12 got a 6 grade automatic transmission. The power of the engine enables the acceleration from 0 to 100 in 3.7 seconds and the max speed of 324 kmph.

For ground stability, the car was equipped with new chassis, stabilizer kit. As the result the clearance was made 70 mm lower. As for the wheels, VW equipped the novelty with 19-inch rims.

As for the interior, the car boasts sport spirit which is realized in sport leather elements, special devices for engine control, plus a special anti-fire system.

As was already mentioned, Golf GTI W12 is created on purpose of being exhibited! It won’t be produced serially. After May 20 the car is to appear on various auto exhibitions and shows.
