The time of serial version is over! Loaded “guns” are coming! While a great number of tuning companies and single enthusiasts provide a wide diversity of tuned masterpieces, we focus on the most splendid of them.

No wonder BMW 3-series is quite popular with both drivers and tuners – the car is a real beauty, and if loaded can become a true best. The tuning manufacture G-Power introduced the alternative to BMW M3 – BMW M3 CSL with E46 body. The car was officially unveiled at the meeting of the “M-Drivers” BMW club in Salzburgring.

When the Bavarian company introduced the new M5, they hardly expected it to be so incredibly popular with the world hugest tuners. It was due to the brand-new 507-hp V10. It is no secret that there is a new tuning tendency to install a more powerful engine into a “weaker” body. The tendency seems to find its way in both the USA and Europe. For instance, for Hartge it is a common practice to install their own 550-hp engine instead of a serial one.

But the hero of today is the tuner G-Power, who decided not to hurry things up. The company has released a supercar on the platform of still relevant M3 CSL. The recipe is quite simple. You take the serial 507-hp V10, apply chip-tuning, upgrade running gear. After that, the loaded engine is installed under the cowling of CSL and is added by a powerful exhaust system – 550-hp filling is ready. The speed figures speak better than words. The acceleration from 0 to 100 k.p.h. takes 4.2 seconds, and the max speed is 335 k.p.h.

It goes without saying that for such a car 550 hp is not enough. It requires a running gear of the same level. The car is equipped with KW chassis. The chassis works in multi modes which enables perfect control in turns and at a high speed. As for the road control, the tuner offers exclusive 21-inch “SILVERSTONE DIAMOND” rims with appropriate tires.

Frankly speaking, the car is wonderful. According to G-Power, at the moment the company is working on the ultra-special bi-compressor variant with 640 hp (first tuning level), 750 hp (second tuning level). The company is also planning to load BMW Z4, X5 and, of course, new M3. The most peculiar part of the tuning-kit is its price. The whole kit starts from euro 70 000. Tuning is not a cheap thing!
