Seat Tribu

Seat is going to unveil the concept of a 4WD 2-door crossover Tribu in Frankfurt. The car is planned to compete with VW Tiguan and Mercedes GLK.

The company hasn’t released any official data yet.

Seat Tribu is likely to be equipped with 150-hp diesel with Common-Rail system. Full-time 4WD, a number of dynamics controlling systems and a disputable exterior design might evoke animated talk at the motor show, which can become a real successful PR-action.

All we can do at the moment is wait for official data or the start of the show where we can have a look at the cat with our own eyes.

Renault Laguna Concept

Beside the new generation of Renault Laguna, the French company is planning to unveil another peculiar novelty – Laguna sport coupe concept.

But the word “concept” is far from being true. The car which will be unveiled is a serial car with the option of 2 engines: petrol 3.5-liter V6 or 2.0-liter turbodiesel.

They say that the plans for the serial production are already in the big-boss’ pocket and they are just waiting to be signed. The car is expected to go serially straight after the motor show.

2 World Premieres by Aston Martin

Besides James Bond’s Aston Martin DBS the British company is going to show 2 more novelties built on the platforms of DB9 and V8 Vantage.

The first exclusive “fruit” is Aston Martin V8 Vantage N400. Compared to the “average” Vantage, the novelty has 400-hp engine, more stiff suspension plus specific rims with huge tires. The ones who don’t come to know the particulars of the technical filling will distinguish the car by the varnish of the body which comes in 3 colors – bright orange, black and metallic. As for the interior, the car is equipped with sport seats with aluminum dominating.

The second novelty is Aston Martin DB9 LM built to commemorate Aston Martin DBR9 Victory in 24-hour Le-Mans race. Aston Martin DB9 LM will be equipped with the exclusive sport-kit (featuring stiff suspension, powerful braking system, saloon accessories) and a specific body varnish.

The launch of the sales is planned at the beginning of the next year.

Ford Kuga Concept

Ford is showing the concept of the new crossover Kuga in Frankfurt.

There WILL be serial production. The concept Iosis X built on the platform of Focus which shown in Paris will be launches serially under the name Kuga. Ford Kuga is an independent crossover in the respect that it has been designed from the beginning to the end in Europe only without the help of the US designers and engineers.

The car inherited 4WD system, muscular body design “Kinetic Design” and the specific saloon bundling from its ancestor. As for the engine line, the basic variant is 2.0-liter TDCi diesel with 136 hp with Common-Rail that works is collaboration with 6-grade mechanic.

19-inch rims with appropriate tires, a promising suspension, flawless dynamics, huge wheel-arches, muscular design, black glass top and quite extraordinary saloon will definitely find its fans, which will be evident right at the saloon where the novelty will be unveiled.

The Ford Kuga will be manufactured in Germany.
