The desire to develop his car both technically and visually is typical of just about each and every car owner. Many of them use the services of independent tuning companies, but the manufacturers often don’t approve of such an approach.

The latter don’t want to lose their piece of cake, that’s why they do their best to attract the audience’s attention to the “official” tuning.

The list contains the most powerful plant loaded cars, or the cars tuned in the official tuning subdivisions of the manufacturers:

1. Lamborghini Murcielago LP640

Power – 640 h.p.

The power increase of 60 h.p. was enabled by increasing the engine capacity. But the main thing is the result and it was reached, Lamborghini LP640 is the most powerful and fastest cat in the history of the company.

2. Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG

Power – 612 h.p.

The classic example of the car that underwent “home” tuning. It is hard to tell what is left from the basic SL-class in SL65. At least the engine is almost a complete work out by AMG: V12 with bi-turbo – 612 h.p. and 1 000 Nm.

3. Porsche 911 GT2

Power – 530 h.p.

The hot news by Porsche – the brand new top model in the line of supercars, the most powerful version of 911 series (Type 997). GT2 is more powerful, faster and lighter than 911 Turbo: at 1 440 kg the power/mass ration makes 2.7 kg per horse power!

4. Aston Martin Vanquish S

Power – 520 h.p.

Right after the loaded 911 comes the plant tuned Aston Martin Vanquish S with the same old V12 under the cowling. The car is the favorite of the British aristocracy, but the days of the car are counted: the car will be replaced by the new Aston DBS

5. Ferrari F430 Scuderia

Power- 510 h.p.

The car is the example of what a manufacturer is ready to do not to give space for the independent tuning. F430 Scuderia is, in substance, the racing version of the basic 430. The forced engine V8, the newest Superfast gear-box, the mass is 250 kg.

6. Mercedes ML63 AMG

Power – 510 h.p.

Beside sport coupe and loaded sedans the list features a SUV. Moreover, the car has overtaken Corvette, Audi S8 and BMW M5. Owing to the AMG engineers and their 6.3-liter V8.

7. BMW M5

Power – 507 h.p.

The cars under the index “M” has become the spice of the BMW model line long ago. The cars are manufactured by the special subdivision – “M-Motorsport”. M5 with the electronically controlled V10 is another masterpiece in the M line.

8. Chevrolet Corvette Z06

Power – 505 h.p.

Although the car is very close to M5 by its power, the figures of the American supercar are not that “pure”. The Germans got 507 h.p. from 4.9 liters, the Americans – from 7.0!

9. Audi S8

Power – 450 h.p.

The car is a huge luxurious sedan with the engine more powerful than M3. Once people would think the world has gone insane of they saw something like that, but today it is falling into place. As for the engine, the car is equipped by the one from Lamborghini Gallardo – V10, 5.2-liter.

10. BMW M3

Power – 420 h.p.

Although the car is the last in the Top 10 it won’t embarrass the owner neither on Nurnburgring nor at street races. Moreover, the 420 h.p. are taken from 4 liters!
