Wow! It is simply WOW! In the actual program of the auto show the tuner Arden has showed a tasty morsel for Jaguar fans - superb 480-hp Arden XKR AJ 20 Coupe the official premiere of which is to take place in Essen at the beginning of December.

To tell you the truth, it’s been a long time since the last generous gift by the company to its devoted fans, but the novelty seems to win back all that was lost.

Well, let’s begin. It looks like the experts of the company has been getting accustomed to the car for a long time and at first didn’t make up their minds for the global changes in the “technics” of the car. Like this – just the body and the saloon. They had made the body: has installed a body-kit and exclusive 21-inch rims. The optics got so more impressive that it would have been a ridiculous thing to release the car with the basic engine. Another thing was the sound – not a convincing one!

It took quite a time to decide what to tune, load and develop. Eventually the experts arrived at the decision to completely remake the basic 4.2-liter V8 and increase its capacity. Moreover, the engine got the new software, modernized admission system, powerful exhaust with catalysts, optimized ignition system, most powerful turboladder, and a great number of other elements. The result – 4.5 liters and 480 hp (the torque – 640 Nm). Now everything is proportional – optics and the power. The 0-100 kmph acceleration takes 4.1 seconds and the max speed exceeds 305 kmph.

As for the dynamics, Arden offers more stiff suspension (made by the company itself and tested on racing tracks), high-performance braking system and 21-inch rims of the series “Sportline” equipped with 235/35 and 295/30 tires.

The interior is luxury, luxury and nothing but luxury.

Everything is up o you. The designers offer hand-made leather paneling where you can imply your own fantasy and user different additional materials (suede etc). There is a special extra package of carbon styling in collaboration with bright aluminum and applications from varnished wood of elite kinds.
