ABT Tiguan at the motor show in Essen

The tuner ABT has showed a number of exclusive models in Essen, one of these loaded monsters is “super-mega piled-up” compact SUV VW Tiguan (the official premiere of the car was help in Frankfurt).

At the moment the tuner refused to show any photo-work, but at the same time the typical “photoshop” variant has been released, still rather a high-quality one.

ABT Tiguan got lower, wider and more powerful than its “grey” series. A huge body-kit with wide wheel arches, spoilers, sport suspension and “decent” filling under the cowling made the SUV a real “robust” fellow. In addition to that, the tuner has introduced a number of exterior novelties.

As for the power increase, there’s been two most probable and optimal variants –for:

• 1.4 TSI with the final 200 hp (the basic – 150 hp)
• 2.0 TDI with the final 170 or 200 hp (the basic – 140 hp)

Moreover, for each variant the tuner offers the installation of sport exhaust system which end in 2 double pipes – on the left and on the right.

The dynamics of the SUV has been enhanced owing to the sport chassis with a much lower clearance, high-performance powerful braking system with 345-mm braking plates and stylish wide wheels with a rich variety of offered rims – from 18 to 20 inch. The exterior is a typical one with a great amount of high-quality leather, carbon and aluminum which makes it a true sweetie.
