The new supercar ABT Audi R8 has been officially unveiled in Essen.

The car has been unveiled, but NOTHING has been said about its engine!

If fact, a great number of maniacs who came to see the novelty had expected only one thing – the appropriate “charge” of the 4.2 litre 420-hp engine. But, they didn’t get what they were expecting! The company showed the body-kit, developed suspension and the exterior tuning, and the engine will come a little later. OK, we’ll wait and for the time being let’s have a look at the interior and the dynamic features.

The Exterior

The tuner offers 2 body-kit variants: «Extravagant» and «Exklusiv». The former is represented by a front spoiler, channels, rear spoiler and a bright red front spoiler lip. The latter variant is more advanced are offers all the body-kit elements made of carbon.

As for the dynamics, the 420hp car and its suspension were offered a kit of sports springs, high-performance braking system with 380-mm plates and custom 20-inch rims of the series “BR” with the appropriate tires.

The interior - carbon

The saloon features a lot of leather, alcantara, carbon. The brilliant proportion of the colors create “respectable” atmosphere inside the supercar.

So what’s with the engine?

Nothing for the time being. The engine development program is still is works. It is expected that the engine will feature as many as 530 hp in order to kill the competitor Audi RS8 the premiere of which is to take place very soon.
