At first, when you hear the name of this law, you may think it’s connected with lemons. But it doesn’t have any common with fruits or something of that kind. The Lemon Law can be used by the owners of automobiles. Imagine, that you have bought a new car and it turned out that it has some serious defects. Don’t panic. You have an opportunity to cope with them by means of such a warranty, known as the “Lemon Law“.
This law presupposes that you can protect your consumer rights and enforce the manufactures to improve their quality of work when assembling the car components, when painting the car. If a person has problems with the safety of its car and it doesn’t work properly it means that this car is a Lemon. As  a lemon is sour, it is also sour to learn that your vehicle, a car or a truck is not perfect. But thanks to the Lemon Law you can resolve this problem. But keep in mind that each state in the USA has its own statute. So, in order to be aware of your rights and the number of repair attempts you’d better use the service of a Lemon Law lawyer.
The level of seriousness defines the way in which this warranty will be fulfilled. Your car can be fixed, some parts can be changed or if the situation is rather worse you car can be replaced. The manufacture is also responsible to repay  the fees, you had to pay because of bad condition of your car.
Lately, a measure of applying these law to new motorcycles, which have serious damages, has been advanced. The main reason for approving it,  is the level of risk , which can be caused by mechanical problems of manufactures.
